Universidad Anáhuac, Management Institute of Paris, Universidad Francisco de Vitoria, Universidad Finis Terrae and the University of Sacramento have joined together to share one mission: the transformation of society through leadership that is based on positive values.
Although each university offers MBA and many other graduate programs they have come together to offer an unparalleled Global Leadership MBA program.

Currently the Global Network of Universities serves more than 20,000 students including over 2,000 graduate students and an alumni of more than 50,000 leaders. 500 full time faculty lecture and conduct research. State-of-the-art research centers offer executive education and applied scholarly research in entrepreneurship, corporate governance, family business, social responsibility, microfinance, small and medium enterprise, as well as international logistics, tourism management, media and communication management, environmental management, economic and industry forecasting, international economic and financial standards, leadership and ethics.

The Global Leadership MBA teaches students to understand the impact of new technologies and reinvent business practices. We foster a balanced development of business skills, leadership mindset and ethical behavior to improve the effectiveness of individual, team, and corporate regions: The United States of America, Europe and Latin America. The program begins the first four-month period in the USA. The second four-month period is taught in Latin America and the third four-month period is taught in Europe. A three weeks business study field trip to Asia will be held in Manila.

PROGRAM MASTER GLOBAL LEADERSHIP MBA
 
In today's fast-changing environment, our one-year program is a highly demanding learning process that equips you with the knowledge and skills required for top management positions. The Global Leadership MBA program emphasizes integral formation of Balanced Leadership, entrepreneurial spirit and social responsibility.
 
The Global Leadership MBA does not require any specific prior experience in the areas covered. Subjects are introduced progressively so as to be accessible to students from varying academic backgrounds. During the courses, lectures are held from 9am to 1pm from Monday to Friday. Students are encouraged to use afternoons and evenings for teamwork, research projects, preparing cases, consulting databases and reference materials.
 

LIFE ON THE MASTER GLOBAL LEADERSHIP MBA

The year is filled with intense experience. A year of intense work and study. The Global Leadership MBA program is a way of life and, above all, a transformation of professional and personal perspectives which stay with our students for the rest of their lives.

During the year, the spirit forged among our students shapes the essence of the program itself. The character of the program is derived from the synergy of our students, professors and members of our Global Network of Universities.
 
-The Global Leadership MBA Program starts in September
The admitted candidate starts the enrollment process by making a deposit of 30% of the total program fee. Payment plans for the remaining 70% are available.
 
-Living World wide
Becoming an international professional requires an intense immersion in diverse cultures, regions and mindsets. In 12 months, you will gain direct experience from living in an international environment. All acommodations will be preselected by the University Network prior to each international phase of the program.
 
-Financial aid
All students who have successfully completed the admissions process may apply for financial aid. These applications must be received by the stipulated deadlines but only after the applicant has been granted admission.
 

FACULTY MASTER GLOBAL LEADERSHIP MBA

In the classroom, courses are taught in English by faculty members from the Management Institute of Paris, the Francisco de Vitoria University, the University of Sacramento, The Universidad Finis Terrae and the Anahuac University, as well as visiting faculty from top business schools further providing students with an international perspective. In the end, our students will emerge more globally literate than their MBA peers.

CANDIDATE CRITERIA MASTER GLOBAL LEADERSHIP MBA
 
Professional Achievements: The applicant will have acquired two or more years of significant professional experience. This experience may be gained either in a traditional corporate environment or in a more entrepreneurial setting.
 
International Perspective: Students should demonstrate cultural sensitivity and should feel comfortable in a multi-cultural setting. Students who have already experienced living abroad or have foreign language skills will have an advantage over candidates who have not benefited from such exposure.

Students should be fluent in English and may be required to submit TOEFL exam scores. Fluency in other languages is given due consideration during the admission process.
Demonstrated Interest in Ethics: Applicants should demonstrate their commitment to ethical behavior in their professional life.
 
Leadership Potential and Interpersonal Skills: Applicants should demonstrate strong leadership potential, as interpersonal skills are an integral part of leadership. Therefore, candidates must exhibit strong written and oral communication skills.
 
Academic Excellence: Applicants must possess a sound academic record having earned at least a Bachelor's Degree. After reviewing the applicant's past academic records, he/she may be invited to move on to the next stage of the admission process, during which the candidate is required to attend an interview. Candidates for the Global Leadership MBA are required to sit the GMAT exam. The result is a determining factor in being invited to move on to the next stage, during which the candidate is required to attend an interview.
